"Brownie (Ken) and I left our family and friends and moved to San Antonio in 1999 to open our own HomeVestors franchise. For the first year we were undercapitalized and homesick. Even though we had some prior Homevestors experience, we couldn't seem to get the ball rolling as quickly as we had hoped. Some days it seemed as though we were never going to make money in this business no matter how hard we worked. Doubt slowly began to creep in.

About this time Peggy was developing her amazing talents and we asked her for help. At first it seemed a bit odd but we trusted Peggy and allowed her to do her thing. At the time we were really struggling just to get the phone to ring. Peggy worked on releasing our fears, which were getting in the way of our success. After the initial session our phone began to ring and we began buying houses. Things just began to fall into place.

We have called on Peggy many times over the past 4 1/2 years but there was one time in particular where we saw measurable results. We found our dream house. It was in the area we wanted, it was the style we wanted, it had everything we had ever dreamed of. It was also in need of many major repairs. So we called Peggy right away to ask her if this was the right move for us. She was able to confirm that this was the right house and the right time for us. Her exact words were, 'This house was given to you...' We called the sellers, made our offer and they verbally accepted it. We were so excited!

The next day the sellers called to tell us that they had sold the house to some people they knew from church because they had offered more money. We were devastated. We just couldn't believe it. It was supposed to be ours! We felt like we could not compete with friends from church. All was lost.

We made an emergency call to Peggy and got some new information. She told us that the sellers did not really like these other people and they had not actually signed any documents yet. Furthermore, the seller's really liked us and wanted us to have the house but our offer was just too low. Also it was important for them to know it was for us personally and not just for our business. 'That really matters to them,' she said. Then she told us the exact dollar amount we would have to get to so they would accept an offer from us.

Armed with this new information we called the sellers and told them that we were planning to live in the house, start our family there and that we could up our offer to (what Peggy told us to offer). As it turned out the offer we made was exactly the same as the other offer. The next day the husband came to our office to accept our offer. I asked him why they decided to sell to us. He replied, 'Well, frankly, we don't really like these other people too much. We really like you two and we wanted you to have it. Once you brought your offer up to theirs it was a no brainer. Oh, and it was also important to my wife that you were going to live in the house and not just fix it and sell it.' We were floored. I could hardly keep my composer until he left. We know that without Peggy's help we wouldn't have acquired this home.

I could go on and on with story after story. The bottom line is...Peggy has taught us how to trust our gut instincts and how to release our fears so that we can accomplish anything we wish. Our business has grown like crazy, we are now making more money than we ever have, and we can clearly see our future.

With Peggy's help we now know that the universe is abundant and we can all have whatever we need if we just learn how to trust our choices and ourselves. I don't know how Peggy's gift works; I just know that it does. Once we decided to trust it and follow her instructions amazing things began to show up in our lives."
